In January 2019, we brewed our own beer for the first time in the old Farrenstall in Zimmern. This was the starting signal for an exciting and beery time.
Driven by creativity, curiosity and the goal of bringing special beers closer to the region, different types of beer were created, many ingredients were tried out and many ideas were realized.
The great demand led us to bottle beer on a larger scale, since then our Helles has also been available in stores in the region, and in 2021 the (very good) Pilsner was added.
