In the Lifestyle Wirtshaus Paulas Alb, newly opened in 2020 in the heart of the beer culture city, the centuries-old brewing tradition and beer culture is brought back to life. In 1899, the first Ehingen draft wheat beer was brewed in the former brewery zum Goldenen Adler. Now managed by the fifth generation, the Steudle family is reviving the old brewer's heart and bringing the first Ehingen Fassweizen back to life in Paulas Alb.
