Family Bürkle fulfilled a dream with the reopening of the Ehinger Rose in a new style with preservation of the distinctive historical ambience. The family business is located close to the center of Ehingen and has created a cozy and homey atmosphere for you. In the restaurant you will be spoiled with culinary delights on a foray through Swabian and international cuisine by master chef and Rosenwirt Marc Bürkle. In the renovated and newly designed rooms you have partly a view over the roofs of Ehingen.
