In my new restaurant Meet and Eat, the most exciting influences that I was able to learn and enjoy in the world of cooking come to fruition.
We are not an ordinary restaurant. But we also do without unnecessary "ski-ski" and keep it rather cozy and légèr, combined with ambitious cuisine. We use seasonal, high-quality food. The focus is on down-to-earth products, which are prepared to a high standard with craftsmanship and technical know-how. For example, dry aging (dry aging on the bone) in a specially designed refrigerator that precisely monitors temperature and humidity. In the USA, dry-aged beef has been a symbol of absolute enjoyment for many years and sends meat lovers into ecstasy.
At lunchtime, we offer a simple, quick lunch concept with various dishes that can be ordered solo or combined as a menu with starter and dessert. In the evening, we serve à la carte dishes and recommendations from our kitchen.
Our wine list features exquisite wines from all over the world. By vacuuming (airtight sealing) the wine with the unique Vinojet system, it is possible for you to taste each wine without having to buy and drink the whole bottle.
Any wine can also be purchased! (minus 10 € on the bottle price).
Every 2nd Saturday of the month our cooking school takes place and afterwards we enjoy the cooked food with our loved ones in a cozy atmosphere. You can find the exact dates in our calendar of events. On all other Saturdays, the restaurant is available without exception for events such as birthdays, weddings etc.
