The Danube was given a new face in Tuttlingen in 2003 and has thus become a focal point for residents and visitors to the town. On the previously largely inaccessible banks of the Danube, people can now stroll and experience the river again. A continuous green corridor along the Danube, seating terraces, a boat rental and many places to linger by the water make the Danube an experience in the city. This applies to the area between the Große Bruck and the new city hall as well as to the northern bank of the Danube, where a "park by the river in the city" has been created with the support of the state.

In addition to large lawns that invite you to relax and linger, the Donaupark also offers a great range of activities. The Tuttlingen skate park is well-known and very popular. With its diverse elements, the park offers the right challenge for every skater. Right next door, the little ones can let off steam on the adventure playground.

The beautifully designed mini golf center with mini golf, boccia and table tennis is also active, albeit a little quieter.
