Welcome to Bronnen Castle

Bronnen Castle is visible from afar on a steep, narrow rock in the Upper Danube Valley between Fridingen and Beuron.

The castle is privately owned by the Lords of Enzberg in Mühlheim an der Donau. It is permanently inhabited and therefore not open to the public.
However, various hiking trails, such as the Donauberglandweg and the Donauwellen-Premiumweg Donaufelsen-Tour, lead directly past the castle, so that the small castle with its residential tower can also be viewed up close.

The castle can be reached on foot from Fridingen an der Donau and from Beuron via the hiking trails. It can be reached from the mountain side from Buchheim.
