All ingrediens for our meals are sourced from regional producers that we personally know and trust with sustainable and fair practices to always provide the highest quality for our guests. Taste the difference of truely fresh ingredients!

As we are convinced that the taste of home cooked meals is only right if it is truely home made we don’t use any convenience products for our meals. Everything from the sides to sauces and desserts are made daily fresh in our kitchen. Needlees to say we don’t use any artificial flavors or additives. Therefore you can rest assured that all our dishes are fresh and tasty - prepared in the long tradition of Badenian cuisine.
