Manna

- also known as “heavenly bread” – is mentioned in the Holy Bible as legendary food fallen from heaven. Unfortunately today manna is not falling down from heaven anymore, however bread has been a basic food in for millenia in many cultures.

We bake bread traditionally: just flour, sea salt and water. Try our delicious variations of bread, traditionally and hand made with lots of love in our wood-burning oven.

In combination with our home made spreads a heavenly pleasure!

This is how it works: select your dish at the counter and watch how it is freshly prepared for you. Please let us know if you have special requests or dietary requirements. Pay straight at the counter, find a place to sit – inside or outside – and start enjoying your delicious meal.

We are located right in the heart of the city at the Augustinerplatz. If you enjoyed your stay take something home with you: our delicious bread, the home made spreads, cakes, chocolate, cocoa, coffee and tea as well as selected books and gifts.
